Ingredients:
1)1Kg.Cream
2)Sugar 200gm.
3)Ice cream powder 1 packet
4)Milk powder 100 gm.
5)Milk 1/2 litre
Procedure:
1)Add Ice cream powder in the milk and make thick paste on a show fire,cool it.
2)Whip cream till it become lighter.
3)Add paste, and milk powder into it.
4)Add powder sugar.
THIS IS THE BASE OF THE ICE CREAM.MAKE 4 EQUAL PORTIONS OF IT.
