Chana Masala
INGREDIENTS:
1)Half Kg. cooked Kabuli Chana
2)Tomatoes 100 gms
3)Haldi powder-1/2 tea spoon
4)Chilli powder-1 tea spoon
5)Dhania powder-1 tea spoon
6)Amchur powder-1/2 tea spoon
7)Sugar-2 tea spoon
8)Chana masala-1 tea spoon.
9)Garam Masala-a pinch
10)Gravy-4 spoon
11)Coriander leaves-1/4 bunch
12)Oil - for Tadka
PROCEDURE:-
1)Heat oil in pan add ginger garlic paste and fry well.
2)Add sliced tomatoes and haldi powder,dhania powder and chilli powder.
3)Fry well.
4)Add gravy.
5)Add Chana and some water and bring it to oil.
6)Add sugar, amchur powder and Chana garam masala,salt and mix well.
7)Serve hot with choped coriander leaves.
