Palak paneer |
1)4 bunch of spinach
2)Paneer 200 gms.
3)Ginger garlic paste-50 gms.
4)Gravy 4 spoon,
5)Cream - 2 Table spoon
6)Garam Masala - a pinch
7)Oil for Tadka only
8)Salt - to taste
PROCEDURE:-
1)Cut and boil spinach, then grind it and make a smooth paste.
2)Cut paneer into small piece and doop fry till the sides of paneer becomes golden brown.
3)Hit some oil in the pan
4)Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.Add grind palak and gravy,mix well,add salt and cream.
5)Add fried panner, serve hot with grated paneer on top of it.
6)Sprinkle Garam Masala
