How to make Butter Scotch Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:

1)Base 1/2 Lt.
2)Walnuts and cashewnuts
3)Butter 50 gm.
4)Chocalate powder 1 Teaspoon
5)Sugar 50 gm.

PROCEDURE:

1)Heat sugar in the pan.
2)Make a caramel of it.
3)Add crush walnuts and cashewnuts into it.
4)And make a chikki of it.
5)Allow to cool.
6)Seperate in beat butter and add to <a href="">base</a>.
7)Add colour and chocolate powder and chikki.
8)Mix well and set it into refrigerator.
