Malai Kofta
MALAI KOFTA for 4 persons

INGREDIENTS:-
1)Potatoes-1/4Kg.
2)Cornflower-50gm.
3)Cashewnuts-25gm.
4)Raisins-25gm.
5)Cream-100 gm.
6)Paneer-50gm.
7)Khawa-50gm.
8)Milk-100ml.
9)Garam Masala Powder-A pinch
10)Sugar-25gm.
11)Gravy-4 spoons
13)Oil for frying.

PROCEDURE:-

For Koftas:-
1)Boil the potatoes.
2)Peel it and mash it completely.
3)Add cornflower and salt into it.
4)And make a soft dough of potatoes

For Stuffing:- 
1)Cut cashewnuts and raisins into small pieces.
Grate paneer and add to it.
2)Add Sugar and sugar and garam masala and salt.
3)Add two tea spoons of creams and mix well.
4)Make four equal portions of potatoes and make a round balls of it.
5)Stuff above material into it and give them shape of cofta.
6)Heat oil in the pan.And deep fry all the koftas.
7)Heat gravy in the pan,add milk,cream,khawa,sugar,garam masala and 
salt and mix well.
8)Arrange Kofta in a cassaroll and pour on top of it.SERVE HOT.
