DUM ALOO:-For 4 persons

INGREDIENTS:-Tomato gravy same as Kadhai Paneer.

For Stuff Potatoes:-
1)Potatoes-4 medium size
2)Paneer-100 gms.
3)Cashewnuts-25 gm.
4)Raisins 25gm.
5)Chopped Green Chillies-2 No.
6)Besan-100 gm.
9)Oil for frying

PROCEDURE:-

1)Boil three potatoes,cut it into two pieces.Don't remove 
the skin.
2)Core the potatoes with spoon or potato piller.
3)Grate paneer,add chopped cashewnus,raisins,green chillies,
coriander leaves,salt.Add garam masala and mix well.
4)Stuff this material into potatoes.Then peel the potatoes.
Make thick butter of besan.
5)Add deep fry stuff potatoes.
6)Arrange fried stuff potatoes into cassaroll and pour tomato 
gravy on top of it.
7)SERVE HOT.
8)Decorate with grated paneer and cream.
