Making Kadhai paneer

Kadhai paneer for 4 persons

INGREDIENTS:-

1)Tomatoes-1/2kg.
2)Paneer-1/4 Kg.
3)Cream-2 tsp.
4)Khawa-100 gms.
5)Milk-1/2 Litre.
6)Tomato Sauce-100 gms.
7)Sugar-2 Tsp.
8)Tomato red colour - a pinch.
9)Gravy-2 spoon,Garam masala-a pinch,
10)Ginger garlic paste-50 gms.
11)Haldi powder-1/2 teaspoon.
12)Chilli powder-1 teaspoon.
13)Dhania powder-1 teaspoon.
14)Salt to taste
15)Oil-for tadka
16)Butter-50 gms.

PROCEDURE:-

1)Cut tomatos and grind it,cut paneer into small cubes
2)Heat oil in the pan add ginger,garlic paste, add haldi powder, 
dhania powder,chilli powder and fry well,add grind tomatoes and 
cook well.
3)Add gravy into it,add tomato sause,sugar,butter,khawa,
milk,tomato red colour and mix well.
4)Cook for few minutes,add cream in garam masala and salt.
5)Put paneer cubes into serving bowl,pour the gravy on the
top of it
6)Decorate with grated paneer,cream and coriander leaves.
