How to make gravy

INGREDIENTS:-


1)Onion-1/2 Kg.
2)Ginger garlic-Paste100 gms.
3)Cashewnuts :100gms
4)Til-100gms
5)Khuskhus-50 gms.
6)Grated coconut-1/2
7)Tomatoes-1/2 kgs.
8)Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
9)Oil-200 gms.
10)Garam Masala-Whole and powder 20 gms. like Cinnamon cardomom,cloves,bayleaf,big cadomom,black pepper
11)Haldi powder-25 gms.
12)Dhaniya powder-50gms.
13)Chillli powder -50 gms.
14)Salt- To taste

PROCEDURE:-


1)Slice the onion,make a smooth paste of Boiled til,Khuskhus and cashewnuts.
2)Chop coriander leaves,cut tomatoes into thin slices.
3) Heat oil into thick bottom pan.
4)Fry whole garam masala add sliced onion and fry till it becomes golden brown.
5)Add ginger and garlic paste and fry until oil comes out of it.
6)Add chilli powder, Dhaniya powder,Haldi powder.
7)All sliced tomatoes,and chop coriander leaves fry till tomatoes are fully cooked.
8)Add smooth paste of til,khuskhus and cashewnuts,add some water into it and bring it to boil.While boiling stir well if oil comes out of it.
9)Sprinkle garam masala on the top of it add salt
