Vegetable Jalfrenzy:For 4 persons
INGREDIENTS:-
1)French beans-100 gms.
2)Carrots-100 gm.
3)Cauliflower-250 gms.
4)Green Peas-100 gm.
5)Fresh Mashrooms-50 gm.
6)Ginger Garlic Paste-25 gm.
7)Haldi powder-1/2 teaspoon
8)Salt to taste
9)Garam masala - A pinch
10)Gravy- 2 spoons
11)Chopped criander leaves
PROCEDURE:-
1)Heat oil in the pan.Add ginger garlic paste and fry well.
2)Add chilly,Haldi and Dhaniya powder.Add mashrooms and dry till it
becomes tender.
3)Add green peas and vegetables,fry well.
4)Add gravy and mix well.
5)SERVE HOT.Decorate with chopped coriander leaves.
